Hi, I’m Suzanne Lee and I came to discover the doula profession after the birth of my son. I felt so supported by my postpartum doula after experiencing a difficult pregnancy and birth that I later decided to become one myself.
I am certified by CAPPA as a Postpartum Doula, trained in Mental Health First Aid, HUG Your Baby, and trained with Postpartum Support International in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders where my passion is to focus on families affected by this. I volunteer with Our Wild Neighbors where I get to “doula” tiny wildlife animals back to health. I love traveling, cooking, crafting and anything Fantasy genre. I live in Durham, North Carolina with my husband, son, cuddly cat, goofy hound and a flock of silly chickens.
