At Simply Postpartum, we help new and expecting parents prepare for a smoother, more confident transition into life with a newborn. Through personalized postpartum planning, evidence-based education, newborn sleep guidance, and practical family support, we help families reduce overwhelm and feel prepared for the realities of the fourth trimester.

Our postpartum planning services are designed for busy, thoughtful parents who want more than a baby registry—they want a plan for recovery, sleep, feeding, household management, emotional well-being, and family adjustment. By creating a customized postpartum roadmap before your baby arrives, you can enter parenthood with greater confidence, less stress, and the support systems already in place.

Whether you're preparing for your first baby or welcoming a growing family, Simply Postpartum provides expert guidance to help you navigate the first weeks and months after birth with clarity, confidence, and peace of mind.Simply Postpartum provides postpartum doula support for families of all parenting styles in the Triangle Area. These areas include Durham, Chapel Hill, Hillsborough and Mebane, North Carolina. I provide non-judgmental, evidence-based support for families needing daytime and overnight support for their infant, breastfeeding or formula feeding, infant education, NICU, Twins, LGBTQ and families of color.
